Thank you for using the website (the “Site”) and services (the “Service”) provided by modanai TOYS (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Store”).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the rights and obligations between you and the Store when using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between you and the Store regarding the use of the Service.

The Store operates under a dropshipping model, in which products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers to customers.
Product images, colors, and textures may differ from the actual items depending on your device settings and viewing environment.
The Store does not guarantee that product appearance or quality will fully meet your expectations or exactly match the descriptions on the Site.

Article 3 (Orders and Contract Formation)

A sales contract shall be deemed concluded when you place an order through the Site and the Store sends an order confirmation notification (such as an order confirmation email).
The Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or other reasons.

Article 4 (Pricing and Payment)

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices generally include shipping fees; however, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply and shall be borne by the customer in accordance with the Shipping Policy.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable charges.

Article 5 (Shipping and Transfer of Ownership)

Products are shipped from overseas (primarily China). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The Store shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or shipping carriers.
Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the products shall transfer to you at the time the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

You agree not to engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Infringing on intellectual property rights (such as copyrights or trademarks) of the Store, other users, or third parties.
