To deliver unique products from around the world, we operate on a dropshipping model in which items are shipped directly from overseas suppliers.
Please review the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Time
After your order is confirmed, it typically takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive.

Order Processing Time:
It usually takes 3–5 business days for the overseas supplier to process and ship your order after it is placed. -
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 days to reach your address.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to international shipping conditions, customs clearance procedures, weather, or holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be displayed and confirmed at checkout.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
You can track your package via the link provided in the email.
Please note that it may take a few days after shipment for tracking information to become available in the system.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
As your order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

5. Orders with Multiple Items
If you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped from different suppliers.
As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages.
6. Failed Delivery / Absence
If you are unavailable to receive your package, the carrier will hold it for a certain period.
If the package is not collected within that period, it may be returned to the overseas sender.
Please note that we are unable to offer reshipment or refunds in such cases.
