1. Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed due to customer reasons, including but not limited to:

Our store operates on a dropshipping model with overseas suppliers. As such, slight differences in color, texture, and sizing may occur compared to your expectations.
We kindly ask that you carefully review product descriptions before placing your order.
2. Returns & Exchanges Due to Our Error (Defective or Incorrect Items)
We take great care in quality control; however, if you receive:

We will offer a return, exchange, or refund.

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange.
If a replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.

We may refuse to accept returns that are sent without prior notice, or items that we have determined do not require return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item or approve the refund.
Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
